Join Amanda Fresh & Greg Young for a weekend of self awareness & development. Learn techniques that will help you stay centered so that you can live with awareness, trust & love…. living EVERY day, joyous & happy!

This retreat is designed to help each participant uncover, identify and
define 2 major “takeaways” to address that will bring about positive
changes in their lives.

Each individual will be guided to become clear on the best path forward for
themselves along with a plan to help implement positive changes and

Practical advice will be provided to help participants maintain their
intentions after they leave the peaceful, serene retreat and return to
their “everyday life”.

The location will be at the beautiful Tanglewood Estates in Franklin, LA… just a 2 hour drive from New Orleans!

Enjoy home-cooked meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, at the estate, with coffee and snacks also provided during breaks! There will be a few presentations over the course of the retreat with plenty of fun exercises and time for discussion each day! There are also plenty of cozy nooks to sit and reflect, including a library & a bamboo garden!

About Greg Young:

Greg is a Business Consultant, Executive Coach and Professional Speaker. In June, 2001 he had a profound experience that changed his life. Wrapped up in his job as a “corporate executive” making a six-figure income Greg went on a 15-day trip to Peru (including a trip to the ruins of Machu Picchu) and came back a different person. He was determined to become a more fulfilled, balanced, and whole person.
