Luminous Path - A Day Retreat

Join me for a day of self-care and spiritual connection. Calm the mind, open your heart and power center, and feel oneness with the Divine, as we utilize the energy of the last Super Moon of the year, to manifest our future goals for 2025 into reality!

This will be a small group retreat, open to anyone who is ready to take a step into the next phase of your life. Letting go of the old, and welcoming a new, higher version of yourself, ready to be open to the beauty that lies ahead for you, whatever that may be. 

We will start with introductions and a discussion about what intentions each of you have for the day. Following will be a talk and a meditation exercise to identify what is no longer serving you. We will then do some releasing through writing and EFT. 

During our break, we will have lunch and time to get to know one another. Afterwards we will take a lovely nature walk in the cemetery across the street. 

When we return from our break, you will have the opportunity to set some goals for your future, immediate and far out, and share them with the group as a declaration.

To end the day, I will do a group energy healing for everyone, followed by a sound bowl healing. 

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket as well as a notebook and a lunch.
